About Me

My name is Rosa Panzini, and I'm the owner of Rosa's Bakehouse. Member of the International Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate.
I grew up in Italy and now I live, fortunately, in this beautiful land of Australia, I love to cook, I love to feed people. I began this blog to teach people how to cook.
In this website I put all my passion for cooking, all my recipes, firstly tested and then re-elaborated with patience and enthusiasm. You'll find a wide variety of baked goods featuring whole grains and natural sweeteners, Baked good Recipes, Delicious sweet and savory breads and muffins, Essential Food Blogger resources.

Over the many years that I’ve been cooking, experience has taught me how to combine creativity with tasty and healthy ingredients to get awesome results. Today both your palate and your body can benefit from these recipes.
My attempt has always been to use my grandmother and my mother’s techniques to make something that could be also mine, something belonging to my kitchen.
We love hearing people saying they never realised bread could taste so good. Our cakes taste exactly as you remember them to be when you were a child!
My blog wants to share methods, recommendations and recipes with those who, like myself, are so passionate about cooking.
Above all, Rosa’s Bakehouse aims at spreading the word of natural yeast to make sweet or savoury dishes, tasty and healthy food.
