Shipping & Returns

Rosa Bakehouse offers free delivery for those orders over $250 with a delivery address within these eligible suburbs.


1. After placing your order

Delivery time will be determined the evening prior to your delivery via email.

You will receive your products to the delivery address you provide from Monday to Friday depending on when you have placed your order.

If you need a delivery outside of our specified delivery days we can arrange a special delivery, but additional charges will apply. Please email us at info@rosabakehouse.com to organize a special delivery date.

2. Delivery tracking

When you complete your order online you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order leaves our kitchen we will consider the order fulfilled and our courier will send progress notifications. You also have the option to track the courier via their GPS tracking function. If you haven't received your order within the selected time slot please give us a call.

3. Weekend orders

Our courier doesn't currently deliver on weekends. All orders submitted Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next Monday.

4. Delivery rates

We base delivery costs on the total order weight and the delivery location within metropolitan area. The delivery costs are automatically calculated by our courier company.

All deliveries must to be a home or business address which will be attended on the day of requested delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

5. Receiving your order

With your delivery you will be greeted by one of friendly drivers with your Rosa Bakehouse esky bag containing your meals nicely chilled (if you ordered freshly and/or perishable products). If you are unable to be home to receive and sign for your meals, we will leave the meals at your front door. We are happy to leave your purchase at the front door but hold no responsibility for the meals if they are lost or have been defrosted.

Please ensure that you check all products carefully against your tax invoice, which will be emailed to you once payment for your order has been received. Take careful notice of storage instructions, ingredient lists and any use - by dates on all meals as they do vary.

6. Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you have received an incorrect meal, your whole order has not been delivered, incorrect item(s) were delivered or you have received something with which you are not 100% satisfied, we will ensure you are not charged. However you must notify Rosa Bakehouse immediately via email within 24 hours of the delivery being made, and we will need you to provide proof of the issue. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of meals.

If outside of business hours - please place the product in the fridge and send an email to orders@rosabakehouse.com so we have an instant record of the problem & then call us as soon as possible the next day. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed (unless the complaint was a quality issue related to having tried the product) or you may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed.

To advise of a product or delivery issue please call us as soon as possible on the orders line. We are a friendly bunch, so let us know if you are not completely satisfied and we will certainly try to solve the issue.
